Dr. Peter Lim is an experienced da Vinci surgeon who has performed ~3,500 cases since his training in 2008. He Graduated from Hahnemann University, completed internship and residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Women's and Children's Hospital at L.A. County, University of Southern California, and completed his Fellowship in Gynecology Oncology at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota. He is currently the Medical Director of Gynecologic Oncology and Robotic Surgery at Center of Hope in Reno, Nevada and Clinical Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at University of Nevada School of Medicine.
Dr. Peter Lim is a US case observation site for Intuitive and lead instructor for TR500 GYN Oncology Master Course taking place quarterly in Sunnyvale, CA. He has been an invited guest lecturer on the value of da Vinci surgery in the US, Asia, and other global regions and has performed live robotic surgeries with da Vinci. Dr. Lim has also been a host for our Asian surgeons in the US, training many peers in da Vinci surgery globally.
Dr. Lim published in peer reviewed journals and authored book chapters on the topic of robotic surgery. He was the recipient of Robotics Technology paper award at the AAGL 2009, 2011, and 2012. Dr. Lim is an active member of SGO, AAGL and ACOG among other major societies.
